Copyright & Content Reports
Last updated: October 3, 2026
LinkMinds respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and to reports of illegal content under the EU Digital Services Act. This policy applies to content stored or shared through LinkMinds, including saved pages, notes, AI-generated summaries, and publicly shared bookmarks and collections.
1. Designated Copyright Agent
Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:
- Copyright Agent, Zwinny Solutions Pvt Ltd
- 37-38-39, Aakash Business Center, Nr. Night Bazaar, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat 395007, India
- Email: legal@linkminds.app (subject line: "DMCA Notice")
This address is for copyright and illegal-content reports only. For anything else, contact support@linkminds.app.
2. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe content on LinkMinds infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list, if several).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough information for us to locate it, such as the shared link (for example, https://app.linkminds.app/s/…).
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Incomplete notices may delay our response. When we receive a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it.
3. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which LinkMinds may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we will restore the material within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the counter-notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove content or restrict sharing for any account at our discretion.
5. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. If you are unsure whether your rights are infringed, consider seeking legal advice before sending a notice.
6. Reporting Other Illegal Content
To report content you believe is illegal for reasons other than copyright, email legal@linkminds.app with the subject line "Content Report" and include:
- The exact link to the content.
- A clear explanation of why you believe it is illegal, and under which law.
- Your name and email address (optional for reports concerning child sexual abuse material).
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
We review every report, tell you what we decided and why, and tell the affected user the reasons for any action we take. Either party may ask us to review the decision by replying to our email.
