By accessing or using LinkMinds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We may modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of LinkMinds constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

LinkMinds is an AI-powered bookmark management platform that helps you save, organize, and discover your bookmarked content. Our service includes a web application, browser extension, and mobile apps that provide features such as AI summarization, semantic search, smart categorization, and collection management.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use LinkMinds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkMinds to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Store or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
  • Use automated means to access the service beyond our provided APIs and extensions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the bookmarks and content you save to LinkMinds. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our AI-powered features (summarization, topic extraction, embedding generation, and search). We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond providing the service.

6. Subscription & Payments

LinkMinds offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to LinkMinds at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

LinkMinds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event shall LinkMinds be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the service or sending an email. Your continued use of LinkMinds after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
